2. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for checking and verifying all extracted data.

3. Data Accuracy

We do our best, but handwriting varies. Output accuracy depends on the quality of handwriting and images uploaded.

SmartCapture.online does not guarantee 100% accuracy, and we are not liable for errors or losses that result from incorrect data extraction.

4. Account Rules

• One user per account — no shared logins.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Data Storage & Retention

• Uploaded files and extracted data are stored for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted.
• Users may request deletion sooner by emailing info@smartcapture.online.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, sensitive, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Use the system for fraud or unauthorized data collection

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain uptime, but SmartCapture.online may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. No financial claim may be made for downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Incorrect or incomplete data extraction
• Losses caused by inaccurate output
• User misuse of the platform

Use the platform at your own discretion and verify all data.
